Today we publicly announce the innovative partnership between Hamilton Health Sciences and CONNECT Communities to bring our Life Redesign ModelTM to Ontario!
We officially go public today, but we have tried to diligently keep you in the loop throughout our journey to Hamilton. Even before we responded to the RFP issued by HHS for the creation of a new Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and Stroke Community transitional Program in Ontario, you have been with us for the ride.
Now, with the City of Hamilton’s green light and no public opposition to the project, construction and site work can begin and we can publicly promote and celebrate CONNECT Hamilton.
We are excited and managing all the details on the ground in Stoney Creek where our Hamilton site is. We will co-host with HHS an official ground-breaking in October to commemorate the partnership and share our vision with community partners, health region employees, city officials, neighbours and media.
