There were many smiles (and maybe a tear or two) as CONNECT Hamilton welcomed its first resident, Lacey, today.
Several years in the making, CONNECT has been eagerly working to prepare for this day.
The team is excited to work with partner Hamilton Health Sciences to deliver CONNECT’s unique model to people in Hamilton to help them redesign their lives after brain injury and stroke.
