As a Life Redesign Coach – you work directly with our residents to help them redesign their lives after brain injury and stroke. Pretty meaningful work, right? And the best part is that a lot of that work is fun. Getting to know residents and coworkers, helping them stay involved in the community and participating in fun events and activities is all in a day’s work.
As a CONNECT Professional Coach – take your discipline to a new level. We employ a range of clinicians – from physiotherapists to nurses to occupational therapists. The CONNECT twist is that we look at everything through a coaching lens. So you can apply all of the knowledge and skill you already know in a more focused and engaging way than you ever have before.
As a Support Coach – A variety of people help us deliver the Life Redesign Model at CONNECT. Service Resource Coaches, Decision Support Coaches, People Resource Coaches, to name a few.
